Employer questions
Which students can we see?
Only students who chose to make their profile visible to approved employers or to the public. Each student decides which parts are shown: strengths, courses, grades and city. Students see which organizations viewed their profile.
Are Artelos courses accredited?
No. Artelos is not an accredited school and doesn't award degrees or academic credit. What you see is evidence of skills shown in Artelos coursework and projects, which you should weigh alongside your own interviews and assessments. See our disclosures.
How are matches ranked?
By demonstrated skills, shared work, activity, your stated needs and mission, and location. Rankings never use name, age, gender, race, ethnicity, disability or any other protected characteristic. Matches are suggestions; hiring decisions are yours, and you're responsible for following equal-opportunity law.
Can we export student data?
No. Student information may be used only to recruit for your own organization. It can't be copied, exported, scraped, sold or shared. Artelos is not a consumer reporting agency, and profiles must not be used to make decisions governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
How does billing work?
Employer access is priced per organization under an enterprise agreement. We'll send a custom quote. Nothing is charged until you sign one.
